If you have not heard by now the domain debacle that is taking place at the
present time is something that at the very least you should take notice of. The
state of Kentucky famous for a number of things has decided to try and grab
domains from their legal owners . I say try as this is not a cut and dried
process .

Wager Junction and its partners are not affected in any way , however if you
have a significant business and a domain hosted in the USA it woud be prudent to
investigate other options . In addition visiting GPWA.net or
www.gamblingindustryassociation.com for guidance or assistance from our peers
would be wise .

Please go to the following link for further reading re this issue .

I think that this is probably a storm in a tea cup but it does come at an
unfortunate time and is a reminder that we need to keep fighting for our
industry as it weathers yet another greed attack .

Brightshare group: Change  standard links to "redirect links"

Email from Playshare group:

You have no doubt by now heard of the most recent developments to
curtail online gaming in the USA. The Kentucky circuit court’s ruling
to seize the .com domains of a host of iGaming operators and providers
has yet to come into force. We would like to take this opportunity to
assure you that all steps are being taken to minimize the impact of
this ruling should it come into effect.

We have made all the changes that will enable us to seamlessly direct
your traffic to alternates to the .com sites should we be affected in
the future. For the most part, the changes that we make will not
affect any partner that uses our adservers. For those of you that host
your own creative inventory, we will make the appropriate changes in
our Media library (you may have to update your links).  We will advise
you when this change is affected. For now, however, our business
remains unaffected.

We remain committed to our partners and will keep you abreast of all
developments as they happen.

Should you have any questions regarding any of the above, please do
not hesitate to contact your affiliate manager.

Regards

Max Wright
